DRYERS
The Kilnman builds DRYERs using the following sources of heat
- Indirect heat with burners using Natural Gas, LPG Gas, and Diesel Oil
- Direct heat from Electricity
- Waste heat from tunnel kilns and periodic kilns
We offer the following types of Dyers>
- Periodic cart style dryers
- Periodic Test Dryers
- Continuous car type dryers
- Continuous belt dryers
- Other continuous dryers
Dryers can be made for mold release, leather hard drying, and bone dry finish drying.
They can be made for manual operation or fully automatic operation complete with automatic handling equipment.
Some of the Products that can be dried are:
- hard ferrites
- clay based ceramics
- plaster molds
- soft extrusion (high water content)
- hard extrusions (low water content)
- dry pressed materials (low water content)
- fragile ceramics
